Hello, my name is Michelle Aquilino. I spent twelve years working in large national corporations. Involved heavily in data analysis, reporting, and process automation, I developed advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Word, etc). I found a passion and skill in process analysis and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors, while also focusing on quality user experience. However, I found large companies were generally happy with the status quo. I started this business so I could help those who look for improvements and could really use the resources benefited from making things better, focusing on small and micro businesses. Through developing my own businesses, I have also developed a real enjoyment for putting websites together. Whether you know what you need done or just know things could be better, I am prepared to help.

Process

  • 30 minute free phone consultation to discuss your needs ($25/hr past 30 minutes).

  • Give our phone call a head start by detailing as much as possible through email first.

  • Once we have come to clear terms as for what features or services you need through a phone or email conversation, I will provide a quote. A flat fee for one-time service or a weekly/monthly charge for routine services. I use flat charges for better cost predictability for the customer.

  • For one-time services, you will receive free customer service for the services requested and priority for requested projects for one year following the service.

  • For routine services, you will receive priority for adding additional services to your package.
